Moving to a new country is an adventure. Buying a home in an unfamiliar market is one too. The Dutch real estate market has its own rules: agents who only represent the seller, conditional bids, structural surveys, splitting deeds, homeowners' associations (VvE), energy labels. Many things you won't naturally bump into when you've just arrived.

Why Tim & Renske
Tim has been a real estate agent since 2015, with a background in engineering and construction. He reads a home both from the outside and the inside, what is well-maintained, what will need attention in the next five years.
Renske comes from recruitment & selection and has worked in rental and lettings since 2008. She is strong in communication, reading people, and keeping the process tight.
